By submitting a claim, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to do so. You authorize DVRecover to review your information, determine eligibility, and manage any resulting claim on your behalf. Submitting information does not guarantee recovery.

Use of our services does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and DVRecover. Where legal representation is involved, that relationship exists solely with your referring or chosen law firm.
5. Fees
Where applicable, fees for our services will be disclosed to you or your referring firm before work proceeds. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are contingent and apply only to amounts recovered.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DVRecover will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our services at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms. You may discontinue use of our services at any time, subject to any obligations relating to claims already in progress.
